Purpose Statement

To contribute to the overall profit of Capitec Bank by optimizing Capitec Bank’s loan instalment pre delinquent collection strategy.
Responsible for accumulating applicable Employer information to implement applicable Risk limiting measures at loan granting.

Experience
Min:

At least 5 – 6 years’ proven experience in Employer and Pay date Management within a similar environment, including experience in:
Drafting business plans, presenting and finalising strategies
Business analysis: Design and implementation of processes and procedures
Process efficiencies: Draft of idea documents and business specifications
Project coordination
Proven experience in managing a team within a similar environment

Qualifications (Minimum)

A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance or Commerce
Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
