You play an essential role within Tactile, responsible for planning, administering and executing the company’s marketing and sales strategies.
You work closely with sales, finance and product management to create a comprehensive and effective plan to promote Tactile’s products and services.
You are accountable for successfully executing Tactile’s marketing plan, ensuring that it is effectively targeting the intended audience and generating revenue.
You are responsible for our marketing campaigns, monitoring their return on investment, and making adjustments accordingly.
You have an excellent grasp of the market and the competition, as well as the latest trends and technologies which can help improve marketing strategies.

 Objectives and responsibilities – Head of Marketing 

create, implement and execute an experience marketing focused program
identify and organize internal and external company events such as tech days, seminars, workshops and tradeshows
manage and improve LinkedIN presence: sourcing and positioning of relevant content, collaboration with suppliers and partners, collaboration with internal teams
lead generation on LinkedIN using the latest technologies
identify other platforms and channels for quality lead generation
manage Virtual Press Offices on ITWEB.co.za and ITWEB.Africa: collaborate with sales and product management team to create and distribute press releases
broaden spectrum of media used to further expose and market the business
set up and manage marketing programs with suppliers
set up and manage marketing program towards customer 
manage outsourced creation of company documentation, brochures, datasheets, presentations, case studies and videos
manage outsourced website management, work with partners and colleagues to ensure website is up to date at all times
manage Google Adwords Campaigns, work with partners to maximise ROI
continuously look for ways to market the business correctly
continuously look for ways to expose and strengthen the business reputation and image 
engage with sales team to identify strategy to grow customer base
organize and promoting customer and prospect focused webinars.You are able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
You are able to manage your time effectively and prioritise tasks to ensure that deadlines are met. 
You have excellent problem-solving skills and are able to think creatively to come up with innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
You have at least 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, of which at least 5 years in the ITC sector.
