Description
The purpose of this role is to maintain control and accuracy of the Branch contract portfolio and ensure accurate and timeous processing and documenting of all contract and job sales, losses and price increases. To also enhance, extend and retain the company/division’s business through support function to all internal and external customers.
KEY WORK OUTPUTS & ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ensure that all Service Agreements are signed as authorised by Sales Manager
Ensure that all contract checklists have been checked and signed off by the relevant Managers
Audit survey to contract
Ensure that all relevant documentation is attached to the Service Level Agreement (SRA)
Record sales information per consultant in contract book.
Process on iCabs
Raise new customer and premise service cards, record in installation book and ensure correct service address Communicate with the accounts contact and make sure they are aware of the contract and explain the invoicing procedure.
Refer them to the credit controller by name and discuss debit order facility
Send a letter to the client welcoming him as a valued client signed by the Sales Manager.
Ensure debit orders are submitted to Head Office daily
Portfolio prints for consultants – Branch Sales Manager to hand out to Consultants Accuracy of commission payment calculations
Corporate Account liaison
Verify consultant’s monthly/YTD sales figures with Admin Manager at the end of each month
Maintain a leads register – Ensure that all Converted Leads are recorded and forwarded to the Leads call Centre for payment.
To ensure the efficient and effective control of the Branch administrative systems and operational costs in the absence of the Accounts Administrator
Complete Commissions and all relevant monthly returns
Ensure that all documentation is completed timeously and ensure that all deadlines are met.

Requirements

Matric certificate or equivalent
Computer literate – MS Office
Above average Excel Skills
Above average numeracy skills
Good knowledge of Rentokil mainframe (internal applicants)
