Overall Purpose of the Job

Provide efficient administrative support to the Campus Head and Customer Relations Officer (CRO). Maintain open lines of communication between students, support office, external clients regarding administrative queries. Assist Campus Head and Customer Relations Officer with the implementation and maintenance of ad hoc projects, as and when required.

Key Result Areas

Typing of documents, checking and making necessary amendments, as required
Assist with filing, posting, debtors, uniform orders, issuing of material and certificates.
Inputting sales leads into system.
Booking of School and Industry visits for sales and lecturer teams
Interpreting excel spreadsheets and update as required
Management of the campus diaries: confirming & rescheduling appointments of prospective students and preparation of interview forms & portfolio files.
Responsible for acceptance & redirection of all deliveries and managing courier system.
Ensuring all incoming admin forms/documents are given to staff concerned on a daily basis.
Maintain open lines of communication between students, support office, external clients regarding administrative queries.
Assist Campus Head and Customer Relations Officer with the implementation and maintenance of ad hoc projects, as and when required.

Qualifications Requirements 

Minimum: Grade 12
Diploma/ Degree in Communication/ Administration

Experience Requirements

Minimum 1 year administrative experience
MS Office (Full package, including MS Outlook)
