Job Description

Providing administrative support to both external and internal clients.
Documents and administrative control according to standards.
Housekeeping of the office.
Ensuring adherence to internal business processes, procedure and policies.
Assist with general administrative tasks.
Operating of Reception and Switchboard.

Job Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 3 years administrative experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel and Outlook.
Certificate in Computer Training would be advantageous.
Previous experience/exposure to PPECB processes will be an advantage.
