As an Analyst Temp, you will be responsible for:

Perform laboratory experiments according to standard procedures.
Ensure that there is zero rework on experiments conducted.
Assist with sample collection and sample preparation.
Ensure all information is correctly documented to keep an accurate database of records.
All daily tasks are accurately recorded and reported on and escalated if necessary.
Report data from experiments and field testing.
Ensure that standard operating procedure is followed when using equipment.
Ensure that all equipment is in good working order at all times.
All deviations are reported and appropriate action is taken to correct.
Identify and report on malfunction of equipment.
Actively participate in internal audits.  

What are we looking for?

Matric certificate / relevant NQF level qualification
A National Diploma in Chemistry, Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering will be advantageous
1 – 3 years experience in an analytical environment
PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
