Minimum Requirements

Matric
1 – 2 Years industry relevant experience in maintenance environment
Planning and scheduling experience will be advantageous
MS Office (With medium to strong skills in excel)
At least 1 year experience in a computerised maintenance management system
Good communication skills
Good time management

Duties ’ Responsibilities

Administer the maintenance work management process in the computerised maintenance management system
Add value to preventative and non-urgent reactive maintenance work through advance planning of maintenance work execution
Participates in the weekly maintenance scheduling meeting
Analyse completed maintenance work feedback in support of continuous improvement for planning purposes
Ascertain accurate recording of maintenance work feedback in the computerised maintenance management system
Evaluate the status of maintenance work in the maintenance management process, and highlight problem areas
Participate in cross functional team to identify critical spare parts and assist with improvement of the material master
Manage the rotable spares process interface with maintenance work management
Report on maintenance work waiting for spares as input to the weekly scheduling meeting
