Job Description :
Trade:

Supports and drives distribution, ROS & value share of new & existing brands (for e.g., through training, dinners, innovative launch events, consultation on persuasion programmes and menus, etc)
Focused on building category knowledge and positioning our brands as the ultimate brand of choice within the category.
Drives drinks trends & always delivers impeccable standards.
Assists CM team with pouring contracts for cocktails and spirit brands by owning drinks menus and staff loyalty programs, etc.
Leads & owns the design and implementation of the global DBA Programme across PEM, and the training of bar staff in Mozambique, Zambia and Ethiopia.
Creates & leads bespoke solutions to Reserve customers with CM.
Leads and manages events with TLA Outlets and 3rd Party Collaborations
Develops breakthrough trade & industry relationships.

Consumer:

Builds brand equity through engagement, inspiration & epitomising the Reserve brands and Luxury ethos.
Continually acting as the Influencer to build Brand Advocacy – seen as the thought leader who can skilfully influence consumers, celebrities, and other stakeholders

Internal:

The “go-to” person for future trends & used as our internal agency to lead thinking around drinks / drinking issues.
Knows the competition thoroughly with insights for Diageo.
Leadership thinking on Serves and POS
Training on Brand & Category /Luxury trend across entire Diageo tea
