Cancellations Secretary

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly organized, detailed-orientated and highly meticulous  individual to fill the position of Cancellations Secretary in our Property Department. The role primarily involves managing the bond cancellations of all major banks. The ideal candidate will have exceptional administrative and communication skills to ensure smooth coordination of cancellations, while maintaining strong relationships with client and resolving any issues that arise. 

Responsibilities:

Preparing files accurately inclusive of running the file from start to finish
Attending to all lodgement and registration of all bond cancellations 
Typing and formatting legal documents
Running of the bond cancellation process of all major banks 
FICA administration, following up to ensure the FICA requirements are complete.
Bond instructions (including commercial bonds & notarial bonds) which include drawing of documents, checking of documents, attending to the signing of documents, registration of final accounts & dispatching documents to clients.

Qualifications:

Matric
At least 5 years experience in a similar role
Legal Secretary/ Conveyancing qualifications will be beneficial
Knowledge of Ghost Convey and E4
Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Keen attention to detail in order to accurately record information and maintain meticulous records is vert vital
Knowledge with the major banks
