ROLE PURPOSE

To establish, develop, and nurture lasting relationships with customers. To serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and will be entrusted with the important task of understanding their needs and providing excellent service.

MAIN OUTPUTS

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate
Understand client needs and objectives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies to address them
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients
Monitor client satisfaction and quickly address any concerns or issues that arise, ensuring a high level of client retention
Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to update them on account status, progress, and initiatives
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products or services to clients
Track and report key metrics related to client satisfaction, revenue growth, and customer retention

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
The Applicant must meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar role
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and client retention targets
10 years relevant experience conducting Accountant duties
Must have valid drivers license with own vehicle
Good knowledge of accounting standards, policies
MS Excel ,MS Word, MS PowerPoint, & MS Outlook (Extensive skill level), D365 knowledge, CRM
