PURPOSE:
Ensure all orders are packed and plated correctly as per order and that customers receive their orders on time as per Pedro’s Standard Operating Procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Able to pack and plate orders correctly
Maintain speed of service
Great Customer Service
Maintain FOH stock according to Co-Ordinator SOP
Maintain food safety standards according to SOP
Maintain FOH Hygiene and Cleanliness standards according to Co-Ordinator SOP
Accuracy of orders packed for internal/ external delivery services
REQUIREMENTS:
National Senior Certificate (preferred)
Well-developed Literacy skills
Well-developed Numeracy skills
One year’s experience as a Co-Ordinator (QSR environment prefer
