PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The content marketing specialist will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing Cyberlogic’s content strategy to build out our brand identity and support sales. Key components of the role will include:

Developing a content strategy to support business objectives.
Creating content (focus on written and video content).
Creating sales enablement material that supports cross-sell and upsell of Cyberlogic services and solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Write, develop, edit, and publish content and copy for a variety of digital platforms, including websites, blogs, videos, email marketing campaigns, advertising campaigns, social media posts, infographics, whitepapers, and more.
Create content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and simply, provides information, across a wide variety of digital platforms.
Translate complex technical concepts into easily understood content that can be shared with both technical and non – technical audiences.
Act as a liaison between the sales, marketing, and product teams.
Clearly define the purpose and scope of sales support initiatives and ensure that all departments are aligned.
Create content specific to the sales team. For example, case studies and competitive information fact sheets.
Organising and optimising content. Regularly check the content library to ensure that material is up-to-date, accurate, as well as easily accessible for use in the field.
Conduct market research and gather feedback. The specialist will periodically conduct market research (via surveys, focused interviews, etc.). And report on his or her findings. In addition, the specialist will regularly check in with the sales team for feedback. And make recommendations for improvement from the insights gleaned.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Business Marketing degree/diploma
10+ years’ experience
B2B marketing experience essential
Digital marketing experience (4+ years’ experience)
