About the Job

We are looking to recruit a Customer Relationship Marketer to manage, maintain and grow key accounts (schools) and to generate leads. The role will report to a Sales Manager.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum qualification:

Relevant undergraduate degree such as commerce, education, social sciences or marketing.

Experience:

Higher education experience will be advantageous.

Functional and technical competencies:

Product knowledge (to be acquired after appointment).
Well-developed MS office skills (Excel essential).
Proven experience to manage and track daily, monthly and annual targets.
Great presentation skills.

Other requirements:

Mostly on the road to visit schools – must be able to travel locally.
Valid driver’s license and own transport is essential.
Able to work some weekends and some evenings.

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
As the Customer Relationship Marketer, you will be primarily responsible for the following:

Input into segmentation strategy – continually review the strategy and identify new segments and markets.
Build and nurture relationships with current top feeder schools (existing accounts).
Build relationships with other schools based on segmentation strategy (new accounts).
Initiate and facilitate/ (lead generation activities (presentations, events, etc.).
Facilitate early school interventions (with a long-term business development focus).
