What you’ll be doing:

Inbound and Outbound Call queries: End to end query management within SLA, and logged in CRM accordingly
Shipment creation and changes in line with HSEQ Offloading Rules and Weighbridge Calculator, cost efficiency
Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of schedules and escalating deviations from plan whilst ensuring stakeholders are communicated to Communicate to Customers and Sales deviations from plan
Reporting to internal Stakeholders
Preventative and post event returns follow up
Performance reporting
Investigating queries and deviations
Ad hoc support on planning/scheduling
Shift role which is aligned to Depot operations.

What you’ll have done before:

NQF Level 6 or, 
3 Years experience in a scheduling environment
5 Years Customer experience

Perform consistently in a pressurized 24/7 environment.
