Follow-up on outstanding orders from customer’s purchase and stores department.
Sort out debtor queries on a weekly basis to prevent aging – P’S Debtors.
Monitor and minimize parts return credits.
Grow Cat POP.

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

Grade12
A Qualified Artisan with Diesel and Rotary Drill experience.
Must have a good knowledge of Air and Hydraulic systems.
Customer relation, negotiation and communication skills.
Computer Literate.
Self-Management and Priority settings.
Must be willing to travel when required.
