ABOUT THE ROLE
Take ownership of the end-to-end management of the iStore website platform outside of South Africa and the CCB website platform(s), ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to develop effective strategies for product presentation, performance, structure, and navigation across all categories.
Utilise web analytics and data insights to continuously improve the portals, enhancing category conversion rates and driving revenue growth.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience online, addressing and resolving customer issues promptly to maintain a high level of service.
Lead and execute sales-boosting promotional campaigns in coordination with Marketing, Country Managers, and the CEO.
Provide valuable insights into customer and country trends to guide assortment selection and identify product gaps.
Work closely with BDM, demand planning, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Efficiently manage logistics and reverse logistics processes alongside each BDM, ensuring timely and cost-effective operations.
Operational budget management
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years in e-commerce digital sales ’ marketing and platform wizardry.
A flair for commerce and finance, blending creativity with strategy.
