JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking an Enterprise Risk Officer to join our award-winning compliance team. This role requires a #Bold individual who will be responsible for implementing best practices in risk management throughout Games Global’s Operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:

Support the Head of Enterprise Risk in coordinating risk management activities across our operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Help implement and continually develop Games Global’s enterprise risk management framework.
Collaborate with all departments within our operations division to integrate risk management into business processes, and establish and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and relevant external parties.
Provide training and support to key stakeholders on risk management practices.
Proactively help key stakeholders identify and assess potential risks that may affect the organisation, and help them develop risk mitigation plans and monitor their effectiveness.
Prepare reports and presentations on risk management activities for management, senior management, and the risk ’ compliance committee.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
To succeed in this role, you will need:

A strong background in risk management and compliance, as well as a strong understanding of corporate governance.
Ideally, you should also have an understanding of (and ability to practically apply) the FAIR methodology for quantifying and managing risk.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to think creatively when solving problems.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
General management and coaching skills, as well as the ability to create and deliver risk management training.
Project management skills, and ideally, agile project management skills.
You will need to have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in a risk and compliance role. Ideally, candidates should also have experience in the igaming and technology industry.
A recognised risk management qualification is desirable, however professional qualifications in compliance will also be considered (as will a degree in business, finance, or a related field).
