Job Description
In this role you will offer support and to provide a holistic administration service to both the Financial and Manufacturing director and ensure all administrative issues are dealt with timeously, effectively and accurately by the correct people so that and hence allowing Executives to deal with what is core to his/her function.
General Office Administration
Effectively and efficiently liaise with internal and external customers and consumers
Diary Management
Plan and coordinate meetings, workshops, conferences and annual events
Make travel arrangements
Data, reporting and information Management
Take and transcribe minutes of meetings
SHEQ Responsibilities
Skills, Experience & Education
Grade 12 Certificate
Secretarial diploma would be advantageous
Two year’s experience as an Executive Assistant at an Executive level
5 year’s experience as an Executive Assistant at a Management Level
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Valid Drivers License
