Full Status Agent – Hout Bay

Western Cape, Full Time Deadline: Aug 11, 2023

The role is about the successful marketing and selling of property and continued growth of market share, whilst providing excellent customer service to ensure that the Pam Golding Properties brand ethos and values are upheld.
Must have valid driver’s licence and your own reliable transport and must live in Hout Bay, Llundudno or surrounds. The candidate must also be able to sustain themselves financially for at least 6 months before you start earning commission.

Key Responsibilities

Collecting information about properties (lead generation);
Canvassing and listing properties to sell;
Arranging for photography and home staging;
Visit sellers and must be able to talk knowledgably about their property and area;
Valuation – able to apply sound principles when estimating the value of a property;
Organise and attend show days;
Able to put together a marketing strategy and plan for a property;
Represent the seller in negotiations with potential buyers;
Monitor sales and liaise with all stakeholders including mortgage brokers, conveyancers and other estate agents;
Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market as well as the general market.

Education ’ Experience

Completion of a NQF4 Certificate in Real Estate
Completion of the Professional Designation Examination (PDE), conducted by the EAAB
Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate

Knowledge ’ Skills Required

Excellent verbal and written communication;
Must be digitally savvy and comfortable doing business with your mobile phone or device;
Computer literate with sound knowledge of the Microsoft suite.
