As Global Service Line Manager you will be responsible for the global OI, Revenue and EBITA profit and loss for the Service Line including the strategic positioning on the market and optimization of the supply chain regarding quality and cost.
Your responsibilities

Create and execute the strategy for the Service Line in collaboration with the regional Sales teams.
Design wear solutions that can deliver exceptional products to existing and new customers
Manage the engineering function related to the products within the Service Line.
Collaborate with Product ’ System business line managers to identify differentiation potential through enhanced wear parts offerings
Work closely with Operations on developing the right supply chain and manufacturing, drivers of quality and protection of intellectual property
Lead Service Line team in accordance with corporate leadership values, instilling a culture of accountability, ongoing development, and ensuring employee engagement.

What you bring

Considerable experience building and leading aftermarket organization
Leadership of a globally dispersed team with a mix of “shop floor” and “leaders”
Ability to turn insights into actions, creating and executing an implementation plan
Capability to work in a global matrix organization
Exposure in B2B E-commerce business in industry (highly regarded)
