Responsibilities / Tasks

Manage all cluster project realization business associated with HRT
Manage Engineering processes and standards
Manage Project Management processes and standards
Oversee senior project managers
Review high-level deliverables
Manage all project finances post order
Ensure engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures take place for all engagements
Provides leadership
Develop, implement, and maintain sound business practices
Develop and implement strategic objectives that are aligned with the Company’s strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with Heads of HRT Sales and Service to grow business
Collaborate with Engineering teams of other divisions in region to improve overall regional business
Build Relationships with HRS staff on global level

Your Profile / Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering Degree: Mechanical Engineering
Qualification in Project Management
SAQCC Authorized Refrigeration (Designer and Inspector – Industrial Refrigeration)
Knowledge of Construction Contracts
English and Afrikaans (proficient),
Open-minded and solution oriented, strong problem-solving skills
Team player, good net-worker and negotiator 
Strong organizational skills
Very good communication skills,
Leadership skills, entrepreneurial competencies
