Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to ensure smooth car flow and logistics, optimizing distribution processes and minimizing delivery lead times.
Lead a team of sales planning professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to drive team effectiveness and individual development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and Logistics, to gather data, analyze trends, and align car flow with production capacity and market demand.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, distributors, and logistics partners, to ensure effective coordination and enhance the overall customer experience.
Prepare and present regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and suggesting actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Take responsibility for the interaction with the region on monthly target setting, budget preparations and re-forecasts.


Conduct regular analysis of market trends, customer preferences, and sales forecasts to anticipate car demand, optimize inventory levels, and ensure availability of popular models.
Develop and implement systems and tools for tracking and monitoring the movement of vehicles throughout the car flow process, ensuring real-time visibility and efficient coordination.
Utilize data and analytics to identify potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the car flow and logistics process, and propose and implement improvement initiatives.


Collaborate with dealers, distributors, and third-party logistics providers to coordinate inbound shipments, manage inventory levels, and streamline the delivery process.
Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies, ensuring proper allocation of car .models to different sales regions and optimizing stock levels.
Monitor transportation costs, negotiate contracts with logistics providers, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality and delivery timelines.


Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to ensure accurate reporting, track car flow metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
