Oversee the day to day running of the hotel, across all departments
Responsible for the revenue, occupancy and budget targets of the business
Responsible, along with the team, for the entire guest experience 
Staff recruitment, management, training and motivation
Liaison with owners, shareholders and various other stakeholders
