Job Advert Summary    

The successful candidate will provide and ensure a smooth coordination and administration of the education, training and development function for Scientific Services.

Minimum Requirements    

Diploma in Human Resource or Business Administration or Project Administration or equivalent NQF 6 qualifications
2-3 years administrative experience in the Human Resources environment
Computer literate at an advanced level
Relevant Human Resources certification and registrations will serve as an added advantage.

Primary Duties    

Provide a service in terms of the site systems data integrity by collating and storing data related to human resources for the site
Carry out pre-initiative, project, event, etc arrangements and administration by preparing schedules/project plan and communicating to relevant stakeholders as well as coordination of all logistics. Liaise with relevant stakeholders arranging catering, etc.
Provide SAP end to end process. Generating requisitions/order numbers as and when required as well as communicating this information to relevant stakeholders.
Provide pre- initiative, project, event, etc administrative support by controlling attendance records, running audits to establish is all in order, follow up on non – attendance, payment of orders, etc.
Maintain course records by ensuring that attendance registers/post evaluation forms are completed by all, filing of records, capturing of records and ensuring that all information meets the quality assurance requirements of the relevant quality assurance body.
Provide post initiative, project, event, etc administrative support by producing/distributing support/information/presentations/certificates to site employees/departments, assess and analyse feedback information. Capturing of information on the relevant systems and submitting feedback analyses to the HR Specialists/Officer/s on matters in time.


Proven good communication skill (both verbal and written)
