Human Resources Officer – Pretoria

Job Purpose

To Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department by maintaining and updating all relevant employee information such as qualifications, training and development attended, filing of disciplinary resolutions, administer leave records, as well as coordinating recruitment, induction and exit interviews.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Qualification

National Diploma in Human Resources Management
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage


Minimun Three (3) years general HR Administration experience

Duties and Responsibilities

Load all HR requisitions and record all the invoices for the unit
Provide administrative support to the HR unit
Ensure that personnel files are updated
Assist with the collation of information during HR audits
Comply with all TIA systems (Performance management, HR, Finance, Stakeholder Information)
Assist with the communication of newly developed and/or reviewed policies and procedures
Ensure accurate information is recorded on SAGE and in the personnel files.
Capture all training and development information and compile reports
Print and distribute all relevant HR communication e.g. appointment letters, acting letters, etc.
Collate all relevant information required for payroll
Assist to prepare and schedule interviews and interview packs
Coordinate the scheduling of training and development initiatives for all employees
Coordinate the exit interviews of all terminated employees and file interview response documentation
Manage and coordinate the induction programme of TIA
