What you’ll be doing

Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Contact potential and dormant clients through cold calls and following up with emails
Present our company to potential clients
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plan to sell
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Achieve and overachieve monthly sales targets in a virtual sales environment (office based)
Regular and proactive approach with new and existing customers, in the field of gas and welding products
Supervision of the entire sales process until the deal has been completed
Run sales campaigns and promotions according our sales strategy
Responsible maintenance of customer data in our CRM system

What you need

Matric (Essential)
Excellent command of English language: verbal, written and presentation
Good typing, analytical and time management skills
Completed professional education or relevant work experience in a sales role (B2B) over the last 2 years
1 year Inside Sales (Outbound) experience 
Knowledge of gas and welding market / products is a plus sales talent / affinity of sales topics.
Strong telecommunication and negotiation skills including cold calling experience
Sales talent and affinity of sales topics
Professional manner with excellent business and communication skills in English
Valid South African Identity Document or Valid Passport
