About the job

Support the business with the creation, running and maintenance of annual, quarterly and monthly reports and any ad-hoc research projects & presentations to the business relating to Sell-in Volumes and Consumer Offtake Volumes, as well as distribution trends, distribution opportunities and price and promotion analyses. Provide expertise to analyze, track and evaluate ongoing sales within the market and through gap analysis provide feedback and input to steer the proactive tactical steps to be taken by Sales teams

Consumer Offtake Reporting & Data Management

Support the Insights Manager in timely updating and delivery of Consumer Offtake Reports to be used by the broader business Generate account / regional / store level reports and ad hoc insights pieces to drive actions that will increase our awareness and footprint, close distribution gaps and drive market share gains Execute post campaign and NPD insights which assess both the feasibility and performance thereof

Management of Off and On Premise Depletions data

Work closely with our team to control & monitor quality of data from our distribution partners, by working together with them and our DP Managers to ensure accurate and timely availability of the data for further analysis Communicate with distribution partners to ensure consistently accurate data delivery for Excel uploads Collection, analysis, evaluation and presentation of trade sales, financial and distribution data Own and manage master data and work with global CRM / depletions team to ensure business warehouse and depletions reports are accurate

Management of reporting deliverables

Perform in depth investigations and analyses relating to Internal Sales by Channel, SKU and Outlet Type Provide summarized data pieces and structured analyses proactively or as requested Work with Spatial XL to identify opportunities at a micro region level for both off and on premise Off-Premise: Track internal sales data both daily and monthly and provide consistent, accurate and timely reporting of opportunities for growing efficiency, increasing footprint, gaining market share and driving Red Bull growth across our different SKUs On-Premise: Support the Sales Intern with the delivery of weekly and monthly reporting deliverables to head offices regarding Internal Sales and external Market Tracking data with regards to Sales, Hi5, Distribution and Store Coverage Track and report on the progress against incentive targets set with individual DP partners (outlet development & volume per outlet development, Perfect Store Audit execution targets, progress of new store openings)

Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:

3 Years experience in research and/or FMCG industry
Proficient on Nielsen / IRI software
Experience with Power BI software, Power Pivot and Power Query
Experience working with offtake data
Experience with Qlikview, Tableau, or SAP systems
Experience with Shopper Research
Exposure to Spar Insights, dunnhumby or CPM data
Exposure to Spatial Excel
Experience working with sell in / depletions data
Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Attention to detail, logical thinker. A strive towards perfectionism
Excellent analytical, research and problem solving skills
High numerical ability; discerns trends, patterns, and anomalies in data with probable cause and effect. Store telling abilities with data.
Strong presentation and communication skills to deliver value back to the business
Ability to retrieve, understand and interpret data from numerous sources
Understanding of distribution partners’ work processes, reporting systems and business context
