Job Description
Your primary function would be dual, a ) to provide support to our Sales Managers in the continuous development of existing and prospective Dream Vacations Club (DVC) clients , and b) to sign up new deals, perform upgrades, and schedule appointments.
DUTIES:

Represent Dream Hotels ’ Resorts (DHR) in a positive and professional manner.
Collaborate with all personnel and external contacts to satisfy clients and meet company objectives.
Identify and assist in the creation and implementation of departmental improvement solutions.
Arrive on time, support the Sales Team, and schedule
At all times hold a positive, friendly and obliging attitude, whilst ensuring a professional telephone etiquette
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Ad hoc duties assigned by your manager.

Administrative duties :

Keep accurate sales targets, data collection, ’ reports for Business Managers (weekly and monthly).
Manage Contract Administration Requests such as additions, deletions, and amendments to upgrades and new sales.Develop quotations (Needs analysis) on each call
Conduct ongoing customer needs, analysis of customer requirements through first-party resources to identify the best product for the client
Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items.
Conduct regular customer review calls in accordance with the customer review procedure and follow up as needed.
Assist with customer escalation in accordance with the escalation procedure.
To hit the target, make routine follow-up calls in accordance with the renewal procedure. Renewal Sales Objectives
completed Dream Escapes’ Sales and appointments for DVC
Following up’s with clients daily and weekly for appointments set to our sales team
Perform ongoing and timely reporting functions such as quotes, bookings, and upgrades.
Contribute to the completion of sales pipelines.
keep track of leads received ’ outcomes thereof for month-to-month sales reports.

Requirements

Min of 8 – 12 yrs exp in Supporting a Sales Team
Matric
Tertiary qualification would count in your favour
