Irrigation Designer – Mbombela

Requirements:

Grade 12 with mathematics
Civil Designer, specifically in surveying, terrain and water
Experience in Autodesk Civil 3D
MS Office with emphasis on Excel
Valid Code B or higher Drivers Licence
Fluent in English ’ Afrikaans (including writing of reports)
A degree/diploma in Civil Engineering or Agriculture will be advantageous as well as any SABI courses

Responsibilities:

Design drip-, micro-, pivots- irrigation, pump stations, steel and piping systems.
Conduct site inspections, survey work, compiling schedules of quantity and liaise with clients to achieve the most efficient design while meeting the clients’ goals.
