A great mining company in Kuruman, Northern Cape is seeking the expertise of a Load and Haul Superintendent (2.6.1) to join their team of professionals.
Responsibilities
To ensure safe, efficient and cost-effective load and haul operations (including dumping and construction) in order to achieve the operations production targets as per mine plan
Operations management
SHERQ (Safety Health Environment Risk and Quality)
Contractor management
Budget and cost control
People management and leadership
Continuous improvement
Requirements
Grade 12
Blasting Certificate in Surface Mining
Mine Overseer Certificate or Diploma in Mining
Mine Managers Certificate of Competency (Preferable)
8 – 10 years experience in a surface mining environment
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Load and Haul
Minimum 1 year experience at Superintendent level
