MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Mechanical / Maintenance / Electrical ’ Boilermaker qualification
At least 5 years previous experience in maintenance
Proven experience in maintaining the following
General maintenance
Electrical
Welding
Pumps
Servicing of tractors
Extensive repair and maintenance knowledge of farm equipment including planting-, seed-, spraying equipment, irrigations pump
Excellent management skills
Must have a high level of energy with a positive can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
Must have a high level of energy with a positive can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
Problem solving abilities
Driver’s licence
