Job Specification
Reporting into the Group Manager Financial Services, the incumbent will play an integral part in managing the credit risk for the group within a region. You will be a subject matter expert, managing the credit approval process, corporate governance compliance and the credit pipeline activities for specific portfolios. Responsibilities include proper implementation of the credit system and the presentation of credit related reports.
Minimum Requirements

BCom Degree with financial subjects
4 years related experience in an agricultural retail sector
Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate with high level of proficiency at all levels
Extensive knowledge of credit management processes and controls

Execute the lending portfolio and continually optimize risk strategy for acquisition, fraud, and collection
