Clover is looking for Manager: Retail Replenishment to join the Customer Service Centre team in Roodepoort (Gateview). The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning and coordinating various retailer processes and systems with that of Clover to ensure optimised replenishment into stores.

DEGREE
Business English: Fluent
Code 08 Driver’s license
Experience in working with senior management.
Travel off-site/ overnight stay
Computer literacy (Advanced)
Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level.

Duties and Responsibilities
Manage Retail Relationships

Responsible for collaboration with retail trade in store operations partners (PnP, Shoprite Checkers, Spar, Boxer)
Manage and maintain strong relationships with retail groups supply chain and replenishment teams.
Manage service level expectations and develop solutions for optimal revenue.
Communicate customer service levels to all relevant stakeholders internally and externally.
Optimise logistical efforts and increase revenue through identification and action on identified gaps.

Optimise Stock Allocations

Coordinate stock allocations received from retailers through Key Accounts, Supply Chain and CSC engagement
Optimise customer service levels with internal cost efficiencies
Communicate with Regional Sales Managers and Key Account Managers to enhance contribution to sales targets
Plan and analyse retailer operational needs and resolve effectively
Support the sales teams in understanding systems and processes

Coordinate Key Accounts and Master Data

Manage and maintain vendor maintenance on retailer systems for all retail groups
Coordinate necessary item and customer master maintenance on Clover systems through collaboration with Master Data
Manage new listing vendor availability processes
Coordinate and verify the completion of the new product vendor listing
Build historic data and use learnings to influence planning and execution of future promotions and activities
Conduct replenishment performance reviews with retail groups

Support Planned Placement Activities

Calculate proposed planning quantities required for planned placement activities (FSU, Gondola, Pallet Displays etc.)
Communicate planning requirements with Trade Marketing for demand planning purposes
Manage ordering processes for placement plan stock requirements through collaboration with key stakeholders
Support Sales Execution with incident resolution relating to planned placement activities

Manage staff

Ensure optimal utilisation of staff.

Train and develop staff.
Conduct meetings and ensure effective communication to all

Liaise and communicate with management in all departments
