Role Purpose
We are looking to appoint a Designer to support marketing in delivering client facing earned media assets.
This is a key role within the Earned Media team will report directly into the Earned Media Strategist. This position will be at the heart of delivering against marketing projects, a crucial role which will be contributing to the evolution and impact that marketing has across the IG Group.

What you’ll do
Your key responsibilities will include:

Defining requirements, developing concepts, and executing designs that are on-brief, innovative and adheres to global best practices.
Creating graphics of varying descriptions and complexities (e.g. infographics, data visualizations, social media collateral, campaign artwork, etc.)
Taking feedback from multiple global stakeholders and refining design work/concepts accordingly
Clearly articulating strategic thinking in design projects
Collaborating closely with other creative and delivery teams within the business (e.g. copy, video, media, brand strategy, CRM, etc.)
Adapting and expanding on work that was originated by external agencies or freelancers.
Ensuring that all creative adheres to brand guidelines and design best practices, especially when reviewing.

You have:

Excellent design skills and attention to detail with thorough knowledge of Adobe creative suite
Strong communicator who is delivery focused, organized and flexible.
Accustomed to working as part of a project team.
Able to multi-task, working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A self-starter with a desire to develop and a willingness to learn about IG Group’s products and services.
A key contributing member to project and campaign working groups, making recommendations ’ delivering against requirements to meet business KPI’s.


Degree or diploma in marketing, branding or the creative arts
Advanced knowledge of Workfront/Chase (or similar), Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office products
