Office Coordinator

Minimum Requirements
At least 5 years experience in a similar role;
Matric or higher qualification preferred;
Own vehicle and driver’s license;
Great communication, written and verbal;
Super organizer;
Humble, strong and adventurous!
Duties and Responsibilities
Office coordination:
Managing the day-to-day functioning of the office;
Managing the cleaning team, helping to keep our workplace neat and orderly;
Liaising with building manager;
Work with IT and Facilities team members and suppliers to troubleshoot and fix things;
Receive and welcome guests to Unifi premises;
Stand as either Health and Safety Officer or Fire Marshal;
Monitor office supplies & consumables and place orders;
Maintain the budget for all inventory orders (office supplies & consumables);
Support and contribute as a member to the staff welfare team;
Help make events and team buildings awesome;
Help make Unifi a cool place to be.
Executive assistant:
Help coordinate Manco diaries and meetings, specifically where complicated by external parties (frequent);
Help with travel arrangements for Manco members (seldom);
Help make Unifi a cool place to work.
