About the Job

A position for an Operational TAC Manager under Specialized Services Division exists at Strike Unit reporting to Operational Duty Managers. The Operational TAC Manager is responsible for daily deployment operations and ensuring compliance to contractual requirements. Always maintain a professional working relationship with Regional Manager, Operational Duty Managers, Site Agents and Clients.

Experience, Requirements and Qualifications:

PSIRA Grade A Registration and Accreditation.
SASOL Compliance (medical/fitness/induction/Driving etc)
Matric certificate (Grade 12).
No criminal record or any pending cases.
Minimum of 2 years’ Operational Supervisory experience in the Security industry.
Valid Firearm competency on all firearms for Business Purpose.
Valid driver’s licence with own reliable transport for at least 2 years.
Computer literate and proficient on all Microsoft programs.
Ability to provide basic on job training.
Excellent health.
Investigating Skill.
Exceptional staff management experience.
Knowledge of business process, function and acumen.
Has a good command of the English language both written and verbal.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels are essential.
Must reside in the vicinity of Pretoria.

Riot/Crowd Control Procedures
Firearm Control Act
Road Traffic Act
Company Policies and Procedures
Mine Policies and Procedures (Section 22 of Mine Health and Safety Act/Section 54 of Mine Health and Safety Act)
SASOL surface and underground policies and procedures

Ensure that feedback on deployments is always provided.
Responsible for daily deployments and ensuring compliance to contractual requirements.
Ensuring subordinates are in line with company policies and procedures.
Researching and identifying growth opportunities
Generating reports and giving presentations
Coordinating Business Area activities
Prepare and present Daily Deployment reports for superiors on TEAMS.
Coordinating Refresher training/FAMS of subordinates, through formal training and direct mentoring
Ensure deployed members are booked accordingly, coordination with Site Agent.
Ensure Monthly MANCO presentation has been completed by Site Agent.
