Description
Ensure that all the appropriate HR procedures are followed and correct paper trail is completed correctly
Follow induction and orientation whereby new employees have been employed.
Compile and complete necessary HR related documents ie. AOD’s, confirmation of employment
Ensure that all HR and T&A paperwork has been signed off correctly
Ensure that payroll receive all relevant paperwork and T&A data in atimeous manner
Assistance in following the process whereby employeesv have been terminated and enure tha all the appropriate procedures are followed and correct paper trail is completed.
Filling and archiving
Assist with training and development
HR Administration
Recruitment
Assist with checking service provider invoices to tie up with costing reports
Assist with employement equity
Do payroll for all staff
