Purpose of the Job

To manage and supervise operations in a cost-effective, safe environment in support of Engen’s objectives and optimisation of profit opportunities, in a safe and compliant manner

What you’ll have done before:

NQF Level 6 (Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain/ Operations or relevant)
3 years’ experience in Plant Operations environment
Understanding of Operations ’ Stock L/G
Experience in HSEQ MS system
Knowledge of OSH Act, ISO 9002 ’ SABS
Required to work in Plant/ Manufacturing environment

Advantageous:

Plant Supervisory experience
SAP knowledge and experience
