Minimum Requirements    
Essential Skills:

Experience: 3 – 4 years in a similar role.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse financial data and market trends.
Attention to Detail: Precision in creating and reviewing financial models and reports.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.
Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying potential issues and developing solutions to mitigate risks.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree: Typically in finance, property development, economics, or a related field.

Duties and Responsibilities    
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis: Develop and analyse detailed financial models to evaluate the viability of our development projects.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand demographics, trends, and economic factors influencing our projects.
Due Diligence: Perform thorough due diligence on potential development or acquisition opportunities, including feasibility studies.
Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for our Group Executive, including financial forecasts and market assessments.
Collaboration: Work closely with our senior property and projects teams, as well as the Group Executive, to drive successful development initiatives.
