Job Description
To support the Group’s Group Recruitment Specialist with all areas of recruitment administration, acting as a main point of contact for initial enquiries and supporting candidates through the recruitment. You will provide support across the full recruitment cycle, selection process of source , screen ’ selection of candidates PLUS advertising . ensuring highly professionals candidate experience which epitomises efficiency, professionalism and empathetic .
Duties

Support the candidate attraction process by drafting attracting adverts in order to attract quality applicants on a variety of advertising platforms
Ensure continuous and timeous updates on ads
Act as the first point of contact for candidate queries and other incoming queries in a timely manner, escalating the query to the Recruitment Co-ordinators when necessary
Support candidate selection process by arranging interviews and ensuring candidate supporting documentations are received backing within the allocated deadline
Ensure all administrative processes are maintained
Process credit verifications of short-listed candidates

Reports into : Group Recruitment Specialist
Requirements

10 + yrs exp in recruitment administration
Highly PC literate (MS Office, internet, databases)
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
A home office / study with a telephone line and reliable internet connection
Highly disciplined, motivated and process driven
Driver's license and own reliable vehicle
Tertiary qualification would be preferred

This is a work-from-home opportunity with the expectation to weekly report virtually /and to be Office based once a week for feedback and progress reporting
