As the Rental Operations Coordinator you will provide support to the Rental Operations Manager and be responsible for the inbound and outbound and operations and administration areas of the department

As the Rental Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
People Management:

Co-ordination of Rental technicians and Laundry operators
Measuring and Reviewing of team performance (Daily, weekly, monthly)
Correction performance improvement

Customer Service and Logistics:

Daily management of operations and problem solving
Vehicle planning and management
Co-ordination of daily calls to ensure customer requirements are met
Manage daily customer queries resolutions

Process Management:

Strong record keeping of value chain documentations and processes
Experience in controls, Process management
Monitor and follow up on status of repairs to ensure that assets are readily available
Monitor of stock levels of all consumables and ordering when necessary.
Filling of all documentation as per predetermined filling system.


Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
Reporting using Dashboards in MS Office

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Relevant Logistics/Supply Chain tertiary qualification
Own reliable vehicle
At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position (Operations/Logistics with asset management, fleet management, people management, status reporting).
Experience with an ERP systems
Experience in controls, Process management
Customer Service Orientated (Turnaround time of Installations/Cancellations to Customers, Sales team, Management)
