On the Dot, a division of Media24 in Montague Gardens, Cape Town has a vacancy for a Sales Administrative Assistant. The purpose of this role is to provide an efficient support service to the Key Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers. They will be responsible for liaising with customers, service providers and internal stakeholders and providing support required by the team.
Key responsibilities

Prepare client requests by gathering relevant information, compiling, and ensuring deadlines are met;
Offer sales support to Key Account Managers by compiling client proposals and following up on stock deliveries;
Liaise directly with customers and ensure customer requests are implemented;
Compile proposals, send out to customers, follow up telephonically , process and send off for invoicing and distribution;
Perform data processing and generate reports including weekly turnover reports stock reports for Key Account management;
Compile sales documentation for presentations when necessary in attractive and visual presentation style;
Liaise telephonically with customers regarding urgent orders or queries when Key Account Managers are not available;
Offer general administrative support to the team; and
Maintain a filing system of Sales documentation.

Grade 12/ matric
Relevant tertiary qualification
At least 1-2 years experience in an administrative role, with some exposure/experience in Sales Support.
Proficiency in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
SAP experience
