What will you be doing?

The role is responsible for customer service activities in their assigned geographical area and reports to the Customer Services Manager.
This role calls for the effective, efficient and accurate receipt and transcription of telephonic and other orders from Medical Market Customers.

What will you need to be successful?

Handle customer queries expeditiously and maintain the necessary records of normal and special trading deals, Tenders, as well as document control.
Ensure all customer account and trading details are accurately recorded and maintained, as well as the essential links in this connection with Central Credit Control.
Responsible for regular courtesy and follow-up customer contact calls to maintain service and information relationships.
Responsible for telephonic and emailed orders from designated customers, ensuring that all customer details, order content and pricing are correct before capturing, releasing and filing.
Processes official orders, and orders brought in by Sales Representatives.
Advising customers of any incorrect prices noted on official orders and clears up uncertainties and incorrect information on official orders.
Processes Quotations, Escalations and SPAs, ensuring that deadlines are timeously met.

Successful candidates would need the following:

Matric Qualification
Commercial Degree
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
Customer Service Experience
