Full function account management

Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, CRM and sales control systems.
Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Administration — Knowledge of business CRM systems, communication software.
Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships — Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time.
Making Decisions and Solving Problems — Analysing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.


Supersize Engagement Enhanced engagements to maximize our “Client Lifetime Value” – Creating a return pipeline.
Establish and maintain trade relationships via Face to face sales calls to existing and new trade clients within the specified region of Gauteng. Out of province travel may be required from time to time. Sales calls, site inspections and educationals and networking functions will be conducted by the Sales Executive.
Updates, maintains the CRM (VTiger) pertaining to DHR trade clients. Inputs leads, contacts and full client history as prescribed by the input policy.Updates all trade client information as gathered from the quote tracker, client list and the sales reports from the region.
Responsible for revenue generation and relationship building within the following market segments: PCO’s, Corporate, Government and Niche markets.
Relevant, professional product knowledge of the hospitality industry is required
Co-create and implement the sales plan pertaining to the Dream Hotels ’ Resorts, in conjunction with their Business unit Leads.
Effective liaison with the line manager sharing relevant information regarding cross selling, hotel performance, client reactions, idea generation, forthcoming events, rates, business mix, micro economic trends, leads, complaints, compliments, concerns etc
