ROLE MISSION
Working in partnership with our client, the Senior Account Executive will work within one of our client services team, assisting and project managing relevant client campaigns. Responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned client accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing and be able to effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and goals.

You have three years of experience in account management
You have strong communication and project management skills
Knowledge of digital marketing across social media advertising
You have a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work well in a team environment

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

Manage the client relationship on your primary account allocation
Write up creative briefs for the creative and social team
Raise cost estimates
Project management
Share knowledge, trends and category insights with client and agency teams on your accounts and projects
Respond to requests for new project initiatives
Work closely with other Account Managers on allocated projects, including managing and growing the client and agency relationships
Traffic control on workload and create daily production schedules for designers, copywriters and animators
