Senior Social Media Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Media Manager with a strong strategic background and paid media knowledge to join our growing social team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with experience working across corporate B2B and B2C strategies.

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with our brand objectives, target audience, and business goals
Create and curate compelling and engaging content that resonates with target audiences
Utilize paid media channels to develop and implement targeted campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions
Conduct regular analysis and reporting of social media performance, utilizing relevant analytics tools to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media and paid media advertising
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, corporate teams and marketing managers, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all social media channels
Stay informed about our industry, competitors, and customer needs to identify strategic opportunities for growth and optimization
Train and mentor junior members of the social media team


Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, with a focus on paid media and strategic planning
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
Experience managing social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and optimise campaigns accordingly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft engaging content
Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and emerging social media platforms
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional initiatives
Proven experience working in a client facing role
