Key Output

Assessment, Coaching and development of learners and artisans
Ensure Technical learning compliance with supplier standards
Arrange and manage learning events
Assess learners and Artisans to comply with national qualification requirements
Lead Learners MDI huddles
Apply expert knowledge and experience to facilitate learning and coaching of service artisans and learners to develop competence in repairing, servicing and maintaining of Earthmoving
Equipment and components to supplier standards and customer requirements

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

Registered / certified Artisan. [Mechanic in relevant trade (e.g. Diesel Mechanic / Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic) with minimum 3 years post-apprentice/learnership experience
Sound interpersonal relationship skills
Computer Literate (MS Office)
Trouble shooting and problem solving skills
Applicable product knowledge
Demonstrated practical and theoretical learning facilitation skill;
Technical Representative / Product Analyst / Technical Training Instructor experience is an added advantage
