You are the one who assists Exec Chef in the kitchen…Exec Chef can rely on you… you are the Master of your Game! You enjoy catering for your guests, you work well within a team; and you can lead a team… You are responsible, because when your Head Chef is off duty, you are in charge.
Do you have 1+ yrs exp as a Sous Chef? You have exp in assisting Exec Chef in preparing decadent foods, training, keeping your station clean! You are an expert in being a Sous Chef …! Then we want you in our Team

Must have:

1- 6 years’ experience in the industry
Matric (preferably
Tertiary qualification in Chef / Cook

Must be:

Able to cover all areas in the kitchen.
Take responsibility in absence of Head Chef
Responsible, Self-Disciplined, Reliable ’ Hardworking
Able to work shifts.
Willing to be trained.
