Job Description

Responsible for engaging with key customers through building and preserving trusting relationships., identifying opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. Conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction and use the findings to improve on areas of complaint.


A minimum of 5 years’ experience.
Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field
Exposure in the sales environment.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
Credit Evaluation experience

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
Credit Facility Application Management
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically and ensure that personnel preserve relationships with clients.
Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these needs.
Maintain a positive attitude focused on client satisfaction.
Provide administrative support.


A team player with leadership skills.
Analytical skills and ability to measure the right things to drive.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
