1-2 years of customer service/contact center or education-related positions
MS Office proficient

Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to student queries
Assist students by identifying queries and resolving and providing feedback
Welcoming new students and LMS Orientation
Make contact with students upon enrolment, sending study planners and guides
Orientate students with online learning management systems
Reports and statistics
